Literature is a semiotic text, and semiotics is a tool and knowledge for discovering the connection between the knowledge within the text and the outside world. Cultural semiotics, based on the ideas of Yuri Lotman, examines cultural worlds and their interactions within the text. In this context, some literary genres, including plays, with their literary nature, are considered a major factor in reflecting social and cultural events as key elements of society and literature. Gholamhossein Saedi's play Qurdlar, as a representative of the Turkish language and Iranian culture, shows the connection and confrontation of the external (other) language and culture with the internal culture. The encounter of two languages and two mutual cultures in a context of language with a local self-approach in the place of the national self, has depicted the formation of a production-oriented confrontation in the field of culture in this play. The present research, using qualitative and case analysis methods and based on library studies, examines the relationship between the structures of language and culture between reciprocal worlds and aims to find commonalities within the contrasts in the genre of drama, in order to examine the nature of the mechanism of contrast and interaction of cultures and intercultural productions. The results of the research indicate the existence of contrastive connections between the components of culture and social relations and the existence of commonality between contrasts that are closed to cultural unity.
