Constitutional developments and efforts to write them caused the sources of the local history of Azerbaijan, Especially Tabriz in this period to be changed in terms of quantity and quality compared to previous periods. Several reasons, such as Azerbaijan's irreplaceable role in the developments of this era, local tendencies, individual motivations, as well as dealing with deviations and faults in recording the events led some people to write down the happenings of this period, which resulted in writing a variety of sources. On the other hand, the local sources of the history of this era changed to some extent in terms of style and writing techniques. By using the descriptive-analytical method and the use of library research method, the current study not only does aim to explore typology, fields and characteristics of local sources of constitutionalism in Azerbaijan region, but it also attempts to answer the main question of the research: What sources did contain the local works of the history of constitutionalism in Azerbaijan and Tabriz, and what are their characteristics and the reasons to be wrote down? It seems that the causes and factors of writing local sources of constitutionalism due to some components, especially the existence of historical data, the uprising of some of them, local and individual tendencies, and under the influence of new writing features have changed to some extent in terms of writing style and techniques. It seems that several factors influenced by the role and leadership of Azerbaijan in the developments of this period, local tendencies, especially the presence of some important figures as witnesses of the events, were not without influence in the writing of the existing works.
