Abstract

Khajeh Nizam al-Molk Tusi wrote the Siast Nameh in the fifth century with the aim of teaching statesmanship, but its anecdotes are worthy of investigation in terms of narrative structure; Because, they have been narrated by multiple and historical characters and have a narrator. Therefore, this work can be classified according to Greimas's narrative pattern, including: actent, subject, abject, sender, receiver, sapporter, conflict, the narrative structure of two anecdotes of the Siast Nameh, including: Tadbir King & Bahram Gur and the traitorous minister, have been analyzed based on the Greimas model of study and the structure of the main plot of the narrative based on dual confrontations, narrative action pattern and narrative chains. These two anecdotes have been chosen randomly to reveal the relationship and the way the actor pattern and the narrative chains are interconnected, and based on them, the overall structure of the story is explained. The results of this research show the superiority of the primary goals of the eunuch, such as: education, justice, and the effort of the eunuch to consolidate the foundations of Islam by expressing the desirable qualities of the king over the form of narration as secondary objectives. One of the results of this dominance is the expansion of dissociative progress in stories, which also arises from the dominance of discourse over construction. The analysis of these s anecdotes based on the Garmas pattern reveals the stability of the anecdotes, the structure and continuity of its parts,
